2024 Agricultural and Rural Finance Training Course in Kenya (FAR2024)
The 5th Agricultural and Rural Finance Training Course, organised by ADA in collaboration with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and supported by the Luxembourgish Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, Defense, Cooperation and Foreign Trade (MAE), took place from October 21 to 26 in Nairobi, Kenya.
The FAR course allowed participants to discuss different topics to strengthen their agricultural finance skills and learn how to develop innovative solutions to promote the financial inclusion of rural populations.

FAR training improves technical agricultural finance skills with RuralInvest
The introductory e-learning session for the training course on rural and agricultural finance (FAR) was held from 1 to 26 April. It was taken by 200 people with a wide range of profiles, such as executives from financial institutions and other inclusive finance businesses operating in Africa, who wish to develop financial products and services adapted to the needs of the agricultural sector (public administrations, fintechs, insurance companies, investment funds, etc.).

The FAR training as a platform for addressing agroforestry challenges
Jean-Paul AKA, CEO of LOCAGRI and consultant for the UNDP, hosted a webinar to raise awareness of agroforestry issues in the agricultural sector as part of the training in agricultural and rural finance (FAR). Launch of the FAR 2022 training in agricultural and rural finance
