Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer - impact investing initiatives


The successful candidate will join ADA's Knowledge Management team. The team's responsibilities include identifying, capitalising on and sharing knowledge from ADA projects and those of other organisations, defining common project management methodologies and tools, and coordinating the various levels of reporting on projects and other activities within the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to the definition of project monitoring and evaluation systems as well as key performance indicators of impact investing initiatives (grant-funded development projects or financing instruments) in collaboration with project managers and partners
  • Contributing to reports and publications based on the analysis of data from process monitoring, surveys, project evaluations and capitalisation 
  • Contributing to the capitalisation of project knowledge and its representation in different types of media
  • Disseminating the produced knowledge in various formats, including by organising knowledge sharing events and possibly by presenting results and/or moderating discussions
  • Participating in all other activities of the Knowledge Management team.

Type of contract: Permanent

Location: Luxembourg City with a possibility of regular travel abroad

Project Advisor – ICCAP (Inclusive Climate finance for vulnerable Communities in Asia Pacific)

ADA is seeking a highly experienced Project Advisor with green inclusive finance/climate finance expertise for the effective implementation of ICCAP activities.

Terms of contract:

  • Location: This regional position covers activities in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Laos, Fiji and Nepal. The consultant must be based in one of the countries. 
  • Nature of contract: full-time consultancy contract (around 220 days/year)
  • Proposed contract duration: 3 years with possibility of extension
  • Estimated starting date: first quarter of 2025
  • Application deadline: 26 January 2025.
